Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a medical imaging technique that uses magnetic fields, radio waves, and field gradients to produce images of the body's internal structures. This imaging technique is also called nuclear magnetic resonance imaging (NMRI) and magnetic resonance tomography (MRT).
